AIFE 2026 Singapore uses the EasyChair conference management system. If you have previously submitted a paper here or to another conference that uses the same system, you will already have a user account at EasyChair and after you click the link above, you will be asked to login. If you do not already have one, you can easily create an account. Please remember your login credentials, in case you need to access your registration details at a later time.
Conference Fees
Conference registration is required for attendance and presentation at the conference. Fees are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
For presenters, upon acceptance of abstracts, please register and make payment by 22 July 2026, 12 noon Singapore Time (UTC+8) to enjoy the early bird rate.
Registration covers conference attendance, all tea breaks, lunch breaks, and conference materials.
Pre-conference Workshops are optional and fees will be charged separately.
Registration will close at 12 noon Singapore Time (UTC+8) on 16 Nov 2026.

Pre-conference Workshops
Concurrent pre-conference workshops (on Day 1) are planned. Each workshop is THREE hours from 0900 to 1200. Lunch is included in the cost of the workshops. You can only sign up for ONE workshop on a first-come, first served basis. As there are limited vacancies per workshop, tickets will initially only be available to participants registering to attend the main conference during the Early Bird registration period. After the Early Bird period, tickets for the remaining workshop seats can be purchased individually (subject to availability) through the online registration portal.
The cost of the workshop is SGD 109 inclusive of 9% GST.
Payment Options
Credit card: Major credit cards will be accepted.
Department/Centre/Project fund: NIE staff can opt for direct debit from their Department/Centre/Project fund. Details of the WBS number will be required during registration.
IFAAS: This option is only for officers in local MOE schools and MOE HQ. An e-invoice will be sent to your school/division upon successful registration. Full details will be required during registration: school, address, school cluster (if applicable), Sub-BU Code, and contact person.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be officially submitted via email to the AIFE 2026 Conference Secretariat: aife26@nie.edu.sg
Please quote your conference registration number, personal particulars, and mode of payment.
Cancellation Processing Charges:
- For any cancellation or withdrawal before 1 Oct 2026 12 noon Singapore Time (UTC+8), S$80 of the registration fee will be deducted as processing charges.
- For any cancellation or withdrawal after 1 Oct 2026 12 noon Singapore Time (UTC+8), S$300 of the registration fee will be deducted as processing charges.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made after 15 Oct 2026.
Refunds will only be processed after 15 Oct 2026.
