Organisations are invited to participate in the Tradeshow at the AI for Education Conference (AIFE 2026) by setting up an exhibition booth. These booths will be situated in high-traffic areas where conference attendees gather during breaks and networking activities, offering vendors excellent opportunities for engagement and visibility.
Booth Size and Setup
Each participating organisation will be allocated a standard exhibition booth. Typical booth allocation includes:
- Approximately 2 m × 2 m booth space
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Power supply access
- Organisation name displayed at the booth
Final setup details will be confirmed closer to the conference date.
Participation Fee
The tradeshow participation fee is SGD 1,200 per booth. This fee includes:
- One exhibition booth for the duration of the conference
- Two (2) complimentary conference access tags.
The complimentary tags allow representatives to:
- Attend the conference opening
- Access refreshment breaks and conference meals
- Interact with conference participants throughout the event
Please note that booth representatives must wear their conference tags to access conference areas and meals.
If your organisation wishes to bring additional representatives, they will need to register separately as conference participants at the standard conference registration rate.
